The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet project deadlines. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client-requested changes may impact the timeline. The Company will communicate any potential delays promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and could result in additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the developed website. Until then, the Company retains ownership. The client is responsible for ensuring all provided materials do not infringe on third-party copyrights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including project details and proprietary processes, confidential.

8. Revisions and Alterations

A predetermined number of revisions are included in the project proposal. Additional revisions or significant alterations outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. The client is responsible for payment for services provided until the termination date.

10. Warranties
